connactz is the AI Manager for live performing artists. Just tell your AI Agent what you need – it scouts gigs, writes contracts & invoices, plans tours, drafts posts, emails venues and messages your band members via WhatsApp. Hosted in Germany, co-funded by the EU. connactz does the paperwork so artists can finally focus on what matters: music.

Making live music requires a multi-role talent: you have to be accountant, contract expert, sales rep and marketing manager — and, somewhere in there, an artist. Most only ever wanted that last part. The textbook answer is to hire a personal manager, but a real one is unaffordable for the vast majority of working musicians. connactz set out to change that — making personal management affordable for every artist and freeing them from the admin so they can focus on their music.

connactz is the first autonomous AI Manager for bands, DJs, soloists and live performing artists. With integrations into the tools musicians use (WhatsApp, calendars, Instagram, Facebook, Spotify,…) and pre-loaded templates, workflows, contracts and invoices, it actually handles the work a human manager would. Reachable 24/7 via WhatsApp, email or the app, it takes care of everything around a gig: scouting bookings, talking to organizers, checking band-member availability, planning tours, writing contracts and invoices, keeping the team up to date.

Artists just say what they need: “Check the band’s availability for Saturday”, “Send the invoice for last Friday’s gig”, “Pull up the technical rider for the Berlin show”. Under the hood, 28 specialized tools — a venue database, song databases, a shared filespace and more — let the Agent actually get the work done, not just reply.

The concept was born from the founder’s own stage experience. Across 18 years and 300+ concerts (from 50-person clubs to 10,000-person festivals, with several bands and ensembles) Max knows the pain of coordinating artists who run multiple projects in parallel. He built the first version for himself in 2021; it spread to colleagues. Dozens of interviews confirmed the same pain: self-managed musicians lose hours every week to admin and miss gigs because coordination takes more time than they can spare.

The platform launched in 2025 after stepwise integration of large language models, turning the admin layer into an agentic AI that autonomously combines its tools. Today, connactz serves almost 800 bands as a freemium SaaS platform, EU-co-funded and built end-to-end inside the EU: data residency in Frankfurt, AI inference in the EU, no training on user data. It runs in the browser and as iOS and Android apps. In practice, connactz is professional management for the 99% of bands and musicians who could otherwise never afford it.
