Publication and Copyright

  1. User grants the Audio Branding Academy (International Sound Directory) a non-exclusive, unlimited right of use in time and place to publish, exhibit, present, and provide public access in the Internet of the submitted materials.
  2. User assures and confirms that it holds all necessary licenses to grant to the Audio Branding Academy the rights mentioned in paragraph (1).
  3. The User alone shall be liable for any infringement of third-party rights.
  4. The Audio Branding Academy shall not be obliged to check whether the material provided by the User infringes the rights of third parties.
  5. These terms shall be regulated and construed according to German law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
